Purpose Statement
To build, maintain and optimise effective client relationships by providing excellent client service through engagement and consultation with existing clients. To contribute to the overall profitability of Business Bank by promoting and selling Business Bank and merchant products to new and existing clients.
Experience
- At least 2-3 years proven experience in a CRM environment with responsibility for, or exposure to cross and upselling.
- Proven experience in identifying sales or business opportunities and/or customer needs and providing solutions for these.
- Experience in an FMCG, banking or retail environment.
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Marketing

- Commercial, economic, SME landscape
- Sales and sales optimisation techniques & principles
- Commercial/business know-how (how businesses work)
- Client relationship management principles
- Engagement/conflict management practices

- Business banking landscape, product knowledge
- Payment solutions environment (merchant services)
