Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Regulatory Compliance Consultant to join the upfront entity compliance function within one of Southern Africa's leading wealth management companies. This Regulatory Compliance Consultant is Cape Town-based with a CTC of RK per year.

THE ROLE
As Regulatory Compliance Consultant, you will join the upfront entity compliance team. This will entail:

1. Verifying FICA and FATCA compliance requirements for new investments.
2. Monitoring Politically Exposed Persons and adverse media clients before & during client relationships.
3. Monitoring & analysing documentation for regulatory anomalies before onboarding clients.
4. Monitoring risk exposure for all new & existing investments within the company's LISP environment.

REQUIREMENTS
Legal qualification
3+ years regulatory compliance experience
Wealth management industry experience
FICA & FATCA verifications experience
Client / fund / investment onboarding experience
