What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality care to residents in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Participate in comprehensive training programs designed to bridge the gap to Australian RN registration.
• Gain valuable experience in the Australian aged care setting.

Who You Are:

• Registered Nurse with an active license in your home country.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Must have 12 months of full-time nursing experience from the past 24 months.
• Must have AU NCLEX or US NCLEX.
• Eager to learn, compassionate, and a team player.
• Committed to a long-term career in nursing within Australia.
• Strong work ethic and professionalism.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team-player mentality.
