The Regional Senior Inspector is primarily responsible for supporting the Area Manager and ensuring that all training, fleet, and quality control is correctly administered, documented, and implemented. Other secondary tasks include the administration of general related reports and providing office support to the Regional Operational team.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Regional Operations Administrator with stationery orders and their distribution.
Ensure that rostering is fair and complies accordingly.
Ensure that all sites are covered at all times.
Arrange and schedule leave replacements whenever needed and update the roster immediately with the latest information.
Manage the most cost-efficient options for leave & absenteeism replacements at all times.
Ensure clear communication between the Regional Administration Officer and all other parties involved.
Collect and distribute all new uniform orders to all sites and ensure that old uniforms are returned before distributing the new uniforms.
Ensure that all sites are equipped with the correct site equipment.
Report any faulty equipment, radios, or cell phones to the AM as soon as possible.
Schedule employees for various training courses.
Ensure that all sites have a site file and that it is up to date.
Conduct site audits at least twice a year.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 graduate.
Psira registered Grade A.
Additional qualification (advantageous).
At least 3 years as an Area Supervisor.
Valid driver’s license.
All 3 Firearms Competencies with Business Purposes.
Computer literate on all general operating systems (Microsoft platforms), including swift typing ability.
