Role & Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Provide training and support to sales representatives.
  • Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement on a weekly basis.
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.
  • Ready to travel extensively in Gujarat.
  • Joint FW with SO to increase in-clinic effectiveness.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Implement regional sales strategies to increase sales and market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities.

Market Knowledge and Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Analyze market data and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to achieve company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Qualification: B Pharm/BSC, management degree will be an added advantage.

Experience: > 8 years and experience of handling a team of 3-4 Sales officers.

Speciality: Dermatology/Cosmetology.

Team: He/she will be managing a team of 7-8 Sales representatives.
