Regional Sales Manager

Our client is looking to hire a passionate and self-motivated Regional Sales Manager who has over 5 years of experience in sales and at least 2 years as a RSM in a FMCG Milling Industry, to regularly visit clients within the specified locations to ensure sales strategies are being instituted for consistent growth with the team to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

1. National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF 4.
2. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration.
3. 2 years of managerial experience.
4. 5 years of experience in marketing and sales related to Milling.
5. Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing personalised interactions with customers, addressing their needs with tailored solutions, and consistently gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement and strengthen relationships.
2. Develop strong relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
3. Optimize profitability and ensure financial transparency for better decision-making.
