Base Pay Range

$140,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Shared Imaging is looking for a Full Time Regional Operations Manager for our West Coast territory (Coverage area: AZ, NV, CO, UT, OR, ID, WY, MT, WA and a few sites in CA). Residency in MST or PST is recommended.

Responsibilities

1. Effective organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage at all levels of the organization.
2. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
3. Formal process and quality management training such as lean six sigma.
4. A solid understanding of P&L reports and the drivers behind profitability.
5. A positive track record of B2B customer engagement and management preferably with healthcare providers.
6. 3-5 years leadership and management experience with expense management responsibility.
7. Experience creating and cultivating engaged, self-directed teams.
8. Above average skill-level with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Education and Experience

1. Master Degree Preferred.
2. Bachelor Degree Minimum.
3. Knowledge of the US healthcare industry, diagnostic imaging trends and technology.
4. Graduate of an approved radiology technology program and is/was ARRT registered or MRI registered by an approved registry organization Preferred.
5. Minimum of 2-3 years as an X-Ray, CT or MRI Technologist Preferred.
6. Radiology Department Manager Preferred.

Work Environment

Work from home, with overnight travel (5-7 nights/month).
