Job Description
Provides all the required guidance and support in order to enable the financial planners to provide Money Management & Advisory approved solutions effectively to customers using the 6 steps of financial planning process and in adherence to regulatory and SBG policies. Ensures that the financial planners attend all the required training interventions (e.g., FAIS, KYC, product knowledge, risk and compliance).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
B.Comm Finance / Legal degree
Certified Financial Planner / Wealth management certificate
120 credits or Qualification aligned with FAIS and FSCA requirements
RE 1 Certificate: Key Individual (Non-negotiable)
Experience:
5 to 8 years managing a team of Financial Planners/Wealth Planners
