Regional Manager

Medirite, a division of The Shoprite Group, Africa's largest retailer, currently has an exciting opportunity available to join our team as a Regional Manager based in Gauteng.

The Regional Manager oversees the overall operations, compliance and performance of Medirite Instore Dispensaries and Medirite Plus Stores within a specified geographic region.

The Regional Manager is responsible for driving the overall success of the region through planning and implementing operational plans, effective leadership, and fostering a culture of excellence.

This role ensures that areas meet targets and company standards to maximise profitability as well as ensuring adherence to policies and procedures to mitigate risk.

This position reports to the Senior Regional Manager and manages the area managers too.
