Job Description

My client is looking for a Facilities / Maintenance Manager to take full responsibility for the built environment on their site. With multiple warehouse facilities – both ambient and refrigerated, the successful incumbent is expected to maintain the entire operation in a smooth and functional state with maximum uptime of all facilities, preferably under budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a facilities plan.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by passing all necessary audits – fire, electrical, water, etc.
• Manage projects effectively.
• Oversee asset management.

Qualifications:

• A formal tertiary qualification.

Skills:

A good all-rounder who has managed a large facility.
