Responsibilities

1. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration systems
2. Perform repairs and maintenance on refrigerators, freezers, and ice machines
3. Install new refrigeration systems and equipment
4. Test and calibrate refrigeration systems to ensure they are functioning correctly
5. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
6. Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance work performed
7. Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or questions
8. Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and advancements in refrigeration systems

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role
3. Certification in refrigeration or HVAC systems preferred
4. Strong technical skills and knowledge of refrigeration systems
5. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently
6. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
7. Strong communication and customer service skills
8. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
9. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
