Refrigeration Technician – EE Role

My client is recruiting for a Refrigeration Technician, responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of refrigeration equipment, as well as attending to call-outs within agreed SLA timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on refrigeration equipment.
2. Respond to call-outs within required timeframes.
3. Manage car stock to ensure availability of essential parts.
4. Complete and submit administrative documentation timeously.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Matric and Refrigeration Trade Test qualification.
2. Gas Handling License.
3. 1-2 years' experience in refrigeration and customer service.
4. Valid driver's license.

Key Skills & Competencies:

1. Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
2. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
3. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
4. High level of attention to detail.
5. Good knowledge of the geographical area of operation.
