Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Law: LLB, BProc or B Jurus Degree (LLB, MBA Preferred)
• Intermediate computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with contract management systems
• Strong personality with an ability to communicate effectively (Advantageous)
• Knowledge of the logistics industry
• Knowledge of freight forwarding

Job Related Requirements

• 5 years post-qualification experience in a senior position
• Admission as an Attorney
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and contracts, locally and internationally
• Technical knowledge of legal structures and agreements within the logistics industry
• Knowledge and experience of privacy laws and regulations with the ability to provide training to key stakeholders
