Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Recruitment Specialist to address a critical talent shortage in the chiropractic industry. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and outstanding interpersonal skills to source and engage candidates from around the world while building a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactive Talent Sourcing
   Identify and engage potential candidates globally, building a comprehensive database of chiropractic professionals. Partner with chiropractic schools and associations to enhance brand awareness.
2. Candidate Engagement
   Build strong, long-term relationships, nurturing candidates with longer relocation timelines. Promote the benefits of the role, company, and location effectively to potential candidates.
3. Screening and Evaluation
   Conduct screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide strategic insights to refine recruitment strategies.
4. Market Research and Insights
   Stay updated on trends in the chiropractic industry, including salary benchmarks and talent availability. Develop innovative solutions to recruitment challenges in a niche market.
