Job title: Recruitment Specialist

Job Location: Gauteng, Johannesburg

What We’re Looking For

A process-driven individual who thrives in a metrics-based environment.
Someone who can handle high-volume recruitment with patience and precision.
Strong understanding of both internal and external recruitment processes.
Experience with applicant tracking systems, especially Simplify.hr, is essential.
Proficiency in Excel for detailed monthly reporting.
Ability to conduct telephonic/virtual interviews effectively.
Will work closely with the CEO, the Head of People Practices, and all other line managers in the business.
100% office-based with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM; punctuality is important.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Grade 12 qualification.
A degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management is advantageous but not essential.
Must have own reliable transport and valid driver's license.
