HR Specialist

We are a Remote BPO company looking for a candidate experienced in HR & Recruiter to support one of our clients in the Healthcare ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) sector in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Take part in recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding ABA professionals (e.g., BCBAs, RBTs, admin support).
• Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Post job ads on relevant platforms and proactively source top candidates.
• Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and manage offer letters.
• Support HR operations such as employee documentation, compliance, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain HR databases and ATS systems with up-to-date information.
• Develop and implement onboarding and retention strategies tailored to the ABA workforce.
• Monitor staff performance, satisfaction, and recommend solutions to improve team morale and productivity.
• Stay current on state and federal employment laws, especially those relevant to healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting and HR, ideally in healthcare or ABA environments.
• Familiarity with ABA terminology and roles (BCBAs, RBTs, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience using ATS systems, Indeed, etc.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Work hours:

9am to 5pm EST

Full time, Monday through Friday

• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

This is a remote position with our BPO company. If hired, we will assign you with one of our valued clients in the US.
