Requirements :

• Diploma / Degree holder with at least 4 years' experience in a staffing / search agency environment
• Attained full CEI certification (no exemption) as required by MOM
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and love to interact with people of all levels
• Tech-savvy and not afraid of using the latest technologies to headhunt candidates
