About Mor Search

Mor Search is an ambitious new recruitment agency dedicated to helping high-growth SaaS companies scale their GTM teams with the best talent in the market. As our Founding Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our business, working directly with high-growth clients and driving revenue from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• 360 Recruitment: Managing the full recruitment cycle from client acquisition to candidate placement.
• New Business Development: Building and nurturing relationships with SaaS startups and scale-ups, identifying hiring needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Leveraging networks, headhunting, and using innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top GTM talent (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.).
• Client Partnership: Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their growth plans, and providing strategic hiring insights.
• Brand Building: Helping to establish Mor Search as the go-to recruitment partner for high-growth SaaS businesses through networking, content creation, and market engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in SaaS GTM recruitment, with a strong network in the industry.
• A track record of placing top-tier talent in sales, marketing, or customer success roles within high-growth SaaS businesses.
• Ability to develop and close new business—you love winning new clients and delivering exceptional results.
• A self-starter mentality with the ambition to grow into a leadership role as the business scales.
• Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
