As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and placing high-caliber candidates. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experienced recruiter with proven billings history- over a period of 2 years (Awards recognizing top achievements would be advantageous)
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from securing business, sourcing candidates to placing them in suitable roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Be a hunter. Generate new business.
  • Thrive in a high-performance sale culture. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Has deep knowledge and contacts in a specific niche.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Has the proven ability and willingness to build a new desk, to make calls, build relationships and make placements.
  • Can work in a mature recruitment environment where they do not need daily supervision
  • Is an office-based role, flexibility can be discussed once billings are consistent at the expected level
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for roles.
  • Provide career advice and guidance to candidates.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients with informed insights.
  • Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
  • Mentor and support junior recruitment consultants.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Recruitment
