Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Solution Generation
Coordinate and conduct talent searches in the area of responsibility and maintain up-to-date knowledge of external talent suitable for relevant roles.
Compile statistical data for vacancy management.
Continuously build internal and external talent maps to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
Business Relationship Management and Networking
Analyze the unique staffing requirements of relevant business units and proactively formulate recommendations to business partners to address identified needs.
Analyze external labor market factors impacting relevant business units and provide recommendations to business partners regarding these factors on the achievement of business unit goals.
Communicate effectively and build relationships with business partners on the achievement of common goals.
Understand the operational business needs to align HR service delivery.
Conduct regular meetings with business and HR partners to discuss the status of vacancies and projects.
Professional Service Delivery
Manage the end-to-end recruitment function of critical vacancies.
Gather information regarding the customer's needs and initiate actions to satisfy customers in accordance with staffing requirements.
Organize and manage one's activities when attending to customer needs in a professional and open manner.
Ensure that administrator service delivery is in line with HR and Line service level agreements (SLAs), instituting corrective measures where necessary.
Continually reinforce the importance of compliance with policies and procedures as well as with Line and HR, ensuring adherence to the recruitment policies and processes.
Ensure proper implementation and execution of a recruitment process to deal with all recruitment relating to the mass casual recruitment drive, sourcing projects, and any other related projects and activities.
Stakeholder Management and Engagement
Be proactive in building strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
Work in collaboration with other Head Office departments to drive and execute the overall people operational plan.
