Job Summary/Overview

The RHRBP would be responsible for working closely with the Recruitment Supervisor, stakeholders, and POCs in managing high volume recruitment whilst ensuring that the company attracts and retains the best caliber in the market by adopting the Teleperformance DNA. Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and the intern program.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Work to industry best practices with regards to talent management; attraction and retention.
  • Work alongside all business leads to ensure the company attracts and hires the best talent.
  • Proactive recruitment for future vacancies as a result of business projections (Bulk & Professional Services)
  • Analyze data, using statistical methods and applications, in order to evaluate market trends and industry benchmarking
  • Develop interview techniques, rating scales, and abilities, and interests for the purpose of employee selection and placement for high volume recruitment
  • Identify abilities and develop potential through using tests and job-relevant exercises and assessment at selection
  • Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
  • Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process
  • Handle recruitment and training of new Recruiters
  • Review, write, and implement procedures
  • Monitor high levels of quality rendered in order to minimize errors
  • Manage recruitment reports and implement improvements, working alongside all business leads to ensure the company attracts and hires the best talent.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric/Equivalent
  • Proven track record in Bulk/Volume Recruitment within the BPO Industry – minimum 2 years (Essential)
  • Sound knowledge of employment law and legislation (Advantageous)
  • Proven 1-year administration experience
