Title: Recruitment Agent – Finance Sector-Business Development Focus

Location: Fully Remote (South Africa-based)
Salary: R25,000 per month (excluding commission)
Hours: 8am to 4pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development & Lead Generation:
    - Conduct cold calls, outreach via LinkedIn, and email campaigns to connect with decision-makers in the financial services sector.
    - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
    - Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the business owner, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities.
  2. Recruitment Support:
    - Assist in sourcing and identifying high-quality candidates for client positions.
    - Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely data.
  3. Administrative & EA Support:
    - Plan daily schedules and meeting briefs.
    - Ensure all meeting arrangements and follow-ups are handled efficiently.
  4. Collaboration & Communication:
    - Serve as the primary point of contact for outreach and relationship-building efforts.
    - Provide ongoing updates and reports on BD activities and progress.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 2 years of recruitment experience, with preference for finance and audit-related roles.
  2. Proven ability to conduct cold outreach and lead generation.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and client engagement.
  4. Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  6. Proficiency in recruitment tools, including LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
  7. Reliable internet connection, a dedicated workspace, and access to a laptop or computer.
