WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :

1. Talent Hunting – Source, screen, and place highly skilled IT & SAP professionals.
2. Business Development – Land new clients, grow relationships, and be a rainmaker in the IT recruitment space.
3. Tech-Savvy Matching – Identify, interview, and place the right candidates in the right roles.
4. Client Engagement – Meet, negotiate, and onboard new clients like a pro.
5. Data-Driven Success – Keep candidate & client info up to date using Placement Partner, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment systems.
6. Process Management – Handle end-to-end recruitment, reference checks, salary negotiations, and contract conditions.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR :

1. 5+ years of IT recruitment experience (SAP knowledge? Even better!)
2. Proven track record in securing new business and smashing targets.
3. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
4. Experience working with Placement Partner, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other systems.
5. Confident, persuasive, and exceptional in written & verbal communication.
6. Valid driver’s license & own reliable vehicle (you’ll be meeting clients & making things happen!).
