We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for talent, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage the recruitment process from initial screening to final placement. You will be responsible for CV screening, conducting candidate interviews, and facilitating seamless communication between clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
CV Screening & Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes to shortlist candidates who align with job requirements.
Interviews & Assessments: Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Client & Candidate Communication: Act as the main point of contact, ensuring timely updates and smooth coordination.
Job Posting & Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms to attract top talent.
Database & Pipeline Management: Maintain and track candidates through Workable, Trello, and other tools.
Process Optimization: Improve recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house).
Strong skills in CV screening, interviewing, and stakeholder communication.
Proficiency in Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, Trello, and other job posting platforms.
Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment best practices.
