About the Role

As a Recovery Executive at Moove, your responsibilities will include proactively contacting customers with overdue accounts and maintaining accurate records of all communication and transactions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the resolution of outstanding issues while upholding Moove's commitment to exceptional customer service and ethical debt recovery practices.

What You'll be Doing

  1. Contact drivers and recover outstanding debts.
  2. Recover vehicles from non-compliant drivers.
  3. Tow or lift vehicles that are unable to be driven.
  4. Drive the senior security lead on official assignments.
  5. Source and maintain relationships with recovery partners.
  6. Conduct inspections and record all recoveries in Bynx.
  7. Conduct yourself in a professional manner that embodies the company's values.
  8. Respond to emergency situations to provide necessary assistance to driver partners, riders, and employees.

What You will need for this position

  1. Minimum of secondary school certificate or equivalent.
  2. Experience within law enforcement (Police or Traffic) would be advantageous.
  3. 5 years of proven driving experience.
  4. Good knowledge of routes and locations.
  5. Must be able to drive different vehicle types (Bike, Car & Pickup Truck).
  6. Must have good communication and negotiation skills.

Key Metrics

  1. 100% of recovery allocated and completed.
  2. TAT for recovery by monitoring recovery agents.
  3. Road safety and regulation compliance during recovery.
  4. Minimising recovery by resolving DP returns through voluntary returns or having the DP continue driving with Moove.

Directly reporting to our City Security Liaison and closely working with our Operations Team.
