Job description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist / Switchboard Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing incoming communications.

Requirements :

Qualifications : Grade 12 (Matric)

Experience : No prior experience required

Knowledge :

Public Service Regulations (PSR)

Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)

Public Service Act (PSA)

Operation of Telecommunication Systems

Skills : Analytical thinking

Problem-solving abilities

Planning and organizing

Effective communication (verbal and written)

Customer-focused approach

Key Responsibilities :

Manage all incoming and outgoing telephone calls

Maintain and operate switchboard equipment

Coordinate the booking of boardrooms

Perform general administrative duties as assigned
