Job description

The Receptionist / Administration Officer is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the reception area. The primary purpose of the role is to provide high-quality customer service to clients and to provide professional and efficient administrative support to the business.

We are looking for someone who:

  1. Is a team player.
  2. Has a natural ability to develop rapport and maintain meaningful relationships.
  3. Has a “can do” attitude.
  4. Is flexible and approachable.
  5. A Certificate in Administration, Business or equivalent will be highly regarded.
  6. Has exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  7. Provides excellent customer service.
