Our client, a UK-based real estate company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join their growing team based in Century City, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day support to the real estate agents by performing administrative and customer service tasks. This role requires an excellent command of the English language, strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a thorough understanding of the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about services. Generate leads through outbound targeting. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
Service Coordination: Work closely with Agents on campaigns and lead generation activities. Collaborate with various departments within the Shared Service Centre to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Coordinate and follow up on client requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve client issues in a professional and efficient manner. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions through the CRM System. Prepare regular reports on client service activities and performance metrics. Identify opportunities to improve processes and client experiences. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus.
The Customer Service Specialists may be required to work some evening shifts (1pm - 10pm) which will be rostered. Shift work will be remote; otherwise, you will be based at the offices in Century City.
