Field of Work : Real Estate Sales

Position Overview : We are looking for an energetic and motivated Real Estate Agent to strengthen our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with clients, acquiring new potential clients, handling contracts, and managing the acquisition and marketing of properties. This includes taking property photos and managing property listings, all with the goal of successfully selling properties.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Contact and build relationships with clients
2. Acquire and manage properties to sell
3. Take property photos and work with property listings
4. Handle contracts with clients
5. Manage client relationships and property portfolios
6. Search and advertise posts for clients and internal recruitment needs to attract candidates and ensure that all positions are filled quickly

Critical Requirements :

1. Registered with the PPRA
2. Own transportation, computer, and cellphone
3. Driver's license
4. Good communication skills
5. Enthusiastic, motivated, and self-disciplined
6. Grade 12 (Matric), equivalent qualification, or PPRA certificate
7. Must be a full-time agent

Advantageous Requirements :

1. 2 years of experience in real estate sales
2. Background in marketing
3. Good people skills
4. Computer literacy

Working Conditions :

1. Commission-based work
2. You are responsible for your own working hours
3. Regular working hours (08:00 to 17:00) but have the freedom to set your own schedule
4. Minimum requirement: 2 properties listed per week
5. Work on multiple sites
6. No part-time position available

Compensation and Rewards :

1. Commission of 48% on income up to R, per month
2. 58% commission on income exceeding R, per month
3. Commission paid out after successful property transfer
4. Monthly payments
5. Promotion : Yes, there is potential for promotion.

The ideal candidate can be promoted by two levels and may lead a team of other agents.

1. Ongoing training available based on your qualifications and experience

Specific Information :

1. Employment start date : Immediate
2. Contract duration : Month-to-month
3. Notice period : 30 days
4. Workplace : Work from home
