Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 10 years of experience working for a contractor. This incumbent must be willing to work away from home, have reliable transport and be proficient in using Candy software.

The Quantity Surveyor protects the company’s reputational contractual and commercial interests whilst lowering project costs bases and increasing the revenue stream. The incumbent acts in liaison with various project stakeholders to safeguard the company’s interests, advises on cost and contractual arrangements and prepares contract documents. The QS ensures statutory compliance and that company procedures are being adhered to.

Academic Qualification

Tertiary Degree / Diploma

Years of Experience as a QS for a contractor

10 Years + Technical Experience

Professional Registration and Statutory appointment

ASAQS / MBA

SA Council for the Quantity Surveying Professionals
