Quantity Surveyor

Vertbuild Limited – Strathmore Park, North Island

We are a medium-sized building company looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a part-time basis.

The role will be approximately 20 hours per week.

Work from home with occasional office/cafe meetings.

Flexible hours: Work when it suits you.

Work will primarily involve estimating upcoming projects and developing tenders.

Contract administration of active projects, tracking costs, capturing variations, and submitting claims in conjunction with our office administrator.
