Quality System Engineer

Work location – Rosslyn, Yanfeng Automotive Interiors.

Overview:

• Responsible for the internal audit and file versioning of the company's business operation system (IOS).
• Organizing IOS related training to promote the sharing of best business practices in IOS operation; responsible for the daily maintenance and update of the IOS webpage.

Main Responsibilities:

• Formulating both external audits and internal audit plan, implementing modifications, tracking them, and closing non-conformities, including, but not limited to process audit, product audit, LPA audit, IOS audit, IATF audit, VDA audit.
• Responsible for formulating the IOS file version plan, implementing, tracking, and providing feedback on the implementation progress of the plan.
• Responsible for organizing IOS related training and promoting the sharing of best business practices in IOS operation within the company.
• Responsible for the daily maintenance and update of the company's IOS webpage and ensuring that IOS files are updated and released in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist in completing the company's quality system certification, including but not limited to: certification application, certification inquiry, data preparation, certification implementation, etc., to ensure the closure of non-conformities.
• Assist in completing the company's product certification work, including but not limited to: data preparation submission for review, change approval application, logo management, etc.
• Support factories and field branches/subsidiaries to complete the preparation and reception of customer audits.
• The working ability should meet the specific requirements of the client, such as mastering five quality tools (APQP / PPAP / SPC / MSA / FMEA).
• Undertaking the management responsibilities required by the company's related IOS files and IATF16949 / ISO45001 / ISO14000 standards, ensuring the effective operation of IOS files, and continuously improving the relevant procedures and applications in the IOS files within the department.
• Responsible for problem-solving and implementing effective corrective action.
• Customer liaison regarding quality topics.

Organizational Requirements:

• Possessing good organizational promotion ability and strong principles.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills, strong team awareness.
• Mastering five quality tools (APQP / PPAP / SPC / MSA / FMEA).

General Requirements:

• BA/MS degree (VI/VII level), area of education: engineering, quality management, and physics.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience in the area of quality system management.
• Familiarity with IATF16949 system standards.
• Internal auditor (including system auditing, process and product) – relates to IOS auditor, process auditor, and product auditor.
• Proficient in English language.
