Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; or equivalent.
Min. 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
Familiar with manufacturing processes and production methods.
Profound knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts, including Kaizen and Kanban.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Experienced moderator, trainer, and team-building know-how.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Axle Kinematics and Suspension Components would be advantageous.
Prior Knowledge/Exposure to Fastener Technologies, DIN Norms, and Torque processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the quality department in areas such as control of non-conformances, SAP 8D reporting, gauges control, R&R studies, calibrations, and verification of production equipment.
Ensure that the customer portal is updated for reports such as customer scorecards, corrective and preventive actions.
Manage and coordinate Quality function to achieve monthly KPIs such as Monthly Quality cost, rejects, and reworks.
Management of Integrated Quality Management Systems including internal audits, training on customer requirements, control of records and data, housekeeping, and monitor/control IMTE.
Control DRM equipment and standard work for the production line.
Adhere to the Integrated Quality Management Systems for the client, including updating the Symbio system.
Compile and coordinate customer and internal corrective actions raised.
Coordinate corrective action meetings in all departments.
Manage the annual audit schedule.
Assist in the auditors' pool in the region to conduct audits at other facilities.
Apply and maintain client's standards in the Quality department.
Report to the Central Quality department monthly KPIs and related topics when required.
