Maintenance Group Leader

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their team in Port Elizabeth.

Requirements:

1. Matric
2. Own transport due to being on call
3. Live in Port Elizabeth
4. 1 year experience minimum
5. Electrical, plumbing, silicone and painting experience
6. Experience in working with air conditioners
7. Proficiency in hand tools
8. MS Office
9. N3 certificate (advantageous)
10. Prepared to work weekends and be on call
11. Qualified tradesman or artisan (advantageous)
12. Clear criminal record (will be checked)

About: Our client is seeking someone who is a team player and can direct and engage in maintenance activities around the premises. They need to have all the above-mentioned requirements and be prepared to work some weekends and be on call.
