Quality Inspector and Expeditor

Our client is looking for a Quality Inspector and Expeditor to be responsible for ensuring equipment/plant is correctly manufactured, installed and commissioned in conjunction with the procedures of the companies QMS, to SABS and International standards.

Job Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

1. Welding inspector, level 1 or 2
2. Paint Inspector (Qualification), level 1 or 2
3. AWS CWI, certified welding inspector, cert no. XXX-XXXX
4. AWS SCWI, senior certified welding inspector, cert no. XXX-XXXX
5. CSWIP 3.1, Welding inspector, cert no. 542682
6. NACE CIP level 3, Senior coating inspector, cert no. 15379
7. Liquid Penetrant Testing Level 2 – Certificate numbers 23/0675/2 & 23/0682/1/PED (EN ISO 9712)
8. Ultrasonic Testing Level 2 – Certificate numbers 23/0676/2 & 23/0705/1/PED (EN ISO 9712)
9. American Society for Nondestructive Testing, ASNT Level 2 (UT, PT, MT, RT), cert no. XXX-XXXX7
10. PMP, PMI, cert no. 2590634
11. Senior constructor for electromechanical engineering, cert no. XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXX
12. QMS ISO9001 auditor, cert no 2022-NXXX-XXXX0
