As a Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management of all aspects of quality systems and policies. You'll manage the QMS and act as an interface between different teams within the business. You'll ensure that there is effective communication between each team regarding their processes, including how they're built and maintained.
Duties and responsibilities:
Uses appropriate methods and a systematic approach in the development, maintenance,
control and distribution of quality standards/documents
Makes technical and administrative changes to and controls the updates and distribution of quality standards/documents
Formats, Distributes new and revised standards/documents
Contributes to the collection of evidence needed to support the QMS
Delivers learning activities to a variety of audiences
Assists with the development of examples and case study material for use within pre-defined learning material
Manages the databases for documents, deviations, validation, CAPAS and vendor evaluations and ensures these systems are current and up to date
Manages all administration activities of the QMS
Qualifications and experience:
Matric
Bachelors degree in Quality Management or a related field required
Proficient in MS office 365
5 years' experience in manufacturing, manufacturing operations, and quality management with a focus on customer service and quality improvement preferred
Experience in quality management and/or customer service preferred
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build working relationships with various stakeholders is required
