Job description
What We Are Looking For
Quality Management System
Assist management with the development of quality system processes, program status indicators, performance measurements and reporting requirements.
Conduct internal audits according to ISO 9001:2015.
Quality Engineering
Apply sound systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritising, communicating and resolving quality issues.
Compile and update PFMEA, quality control plans and process qualifications.
Coordinate supplier complaints and qualifications.
Operations Support and Continuous Improvement
Review process inspection data and prepare statistical and operational performance reports.
Provide trending analysis on quality issues and performance metrics.
Coordinate the control of non-conforming items during development and series production.
Perform product and process evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lead continuous improvement projects.
Promote a good quality culture environment.
What Qualifications You Should Have
BTech in Chemical Engineering
Experience in process control, auditing and statistical techniques will be an added advantage.
Quality related course would be advantageous.
Willing to work shifts.
Good communication skills and time management.
High standard of workmanship.
Ability to maintain good working relationship with team.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other related international standards.
Good problem-solving skills, customer liaison skills as well as interpersonal skills.
A flexible, independent, self-motivated and analytical thinker with thoroughness and tenacity.
Fully computer literate and ability to work on different quality/statistical/MS Office/SAP platforms.
