Quality Assurance Specialist

ABOUT US: Come join our team and contribute to a premier e-commerce company committed to providing outstanding customer experiences! We're in search of a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to uphold the quality and efficiency of our customer interactions.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

1. At least 1 year of experience with WFH/BPO setup and/or;
2. At least 1 year of experience being a QA Specialist or any quality-related role
3. Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Slack, Gorgias, Shopify and Zendesk
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
5. Effective communication and collaboration abilities
6. Proficiency in ticketing systems and quality assurance tools preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Review tickets across all customer support channels to assess interaction quality
2. Maintain work quality standards for support agents and internal knowledge base
3. Assist Team Leads by conducting shadowing sessions to pinpoint areas for improvement
4. Provide constructive feedback and report QA performance to agents and Team Leads
5. Identify process enhancements and collaborate on developing training materials

WORK HOURS: Full-Time, Remote, US PST
