Job Role: Quality Assurance/Control Manager
Location: Limpopo, Bolobedu

Purpose Of The Role: Provide support to Regional EPC Managers/Project management to anticipate and adequately address client requirements related to QA/QC in the EPC PV plant project Limpopo.

Education And Technical Skills:

• Degree in engineering.
• Proven experience in other Photovoltaic plants.
• Proficient in MS Office including MS Project.
• English proficiency (mandatory).
• Knowledge of quality in projects.

Job Description:

• Elaborate on the Quality Management Plan and ITP's procedures and checklists used to inspect the quality of the work executed to ensure it meets client requirements.
• Experience in compiling full Data packs for PV Plant handover.
• Coordinate a team of inspectors.
• Perform quality visits to ensure the proper care of quality records such as inspection records, photo reports, RFI, test reports, certificates, etc., in compliance with standards and client requirements.
• Ability to follow and track several projects regarding Quality management implementation status and planning resources needed to accomplish milestones.
• Provide advice on trend targets for non-conformities management.
• Monitor compliance with quality procedures.
• Ensure the fulfilment of the Quality Protocols when carrying out activities defined in the Inspection and Testing Plan.
• Guarantee the adequate establishment of internal document control with the client.
• Provide training for the project team regarding quality in projects.
• Anticipate according to schedule the quality management plans framework and client requirements of the project.
• Be the promoter of REX (Return on Experience) methodology.
