Quality Assurance Administrator

We are seeking a Graduate who has studied Administration to take part in a 12-month Yes 4 Youth Internship. The successful intern will be in charge of speaking to customers to ensure their needs are met and they are happy with the service received. The person will be working at an NGO that works closely with ill children and will be liaising with their families. They need to be well spoken, pay attention to detail, and have exceptional administrative skills. The successful candidate also needs to be fluent in Xhosa, English, and Afrikaans.
