Qualified Passenger Vehicle Technician - Northcliff, Gauteng

Remuneration : R17035.20 Basic Salary (Negotiable for Senior Technician)

Incentive Structure + Medical Aid 50 / 50 + Mibco Provident Fund

Purpose Of The Job :

Our Client, a busy and fast-paced dealership, requires a Qualified Passenger Vehicle Technician to join their Team, someone who can work under pressure and get the job done!

Duties :

• Responsible for diagnosing vehicle concerns and suggesting workable solutions
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles accurately and within a reasonable time frame, with a quality of work that exceeds customer expectations
• Perform advanced removals and replacements, and diagnostic work accurately according to daily work orders as received from the manager
• Assist managers with the daily operation of the facility through pricing work orders, requisitioning parts, shop organization, and supervision of other members of the service department
• Understand and perform all duties of all Technician roles
• Adhere to all manufacturer standards
• Observe and follow all necessary safety regulations when operating machinery, equipment, and tools
• Perform work of other members of the service department if business necessitates
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements :

• Drivers License
• Qualified Technician with a minimum of 3 years previous experience repairing, servicing, and maintaining Passenger Vehicles in the role of Qualified Technician in a dealership
• Proficient in the use of Diagnostic tools and equipment
• The suitable candidate MUST BE RED SEAL CERTIFIED
• Automotive experience ESSENTIAL!!!
