Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Qualified Debt Review Sales Consultant at Zero Debt in Bellville, Cape Town. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in completing debt assessments, providing advice on all aspects of debt review, achieving sales targets, and liaising with management and other departments in the organisation.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong knowledge of the National Credit Act and debt review processes
• Ability to work on-site in Bellville
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in debt management or financial consulting
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fully computer literate in Office 365 and Simplicity
• Grade 12 with a minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Debt Review Sales Consultant
• A Tertiary qualification and Debt Review certificate
• Clear credit and criminal record
• Contactable references

Salary Structure

Basic salary plus commission on sales - earn up to R 40,000.00 per month
