• Lead and inspire a team of QA inspectors, ensuring quality processes are followed to perfection.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures that guarantee products meet the highest standards.
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to enhance efficiency and resolve any quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards for all packaging products.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the overall success of the production team.

Requirements:

• A Bachelors degree in Quality Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance within flexible packaging or flexographic printing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and industry-specific regulations.
• A leader with excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach to managing teams.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset to identify areas for improvement and drive quality initiatives.
