QA Engineer

Description

As a QA Engineer, you’ll work closely with our development teams. You’ll define the features we build with your team to make our clients love our product. You and the team will ensure that those features are well-tested throughout. We move fast, so you’ll need to automate everything you can.

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the quality of your team(s) deliveries
2. Perform testing activities on several projects, communicate with developers and project managers
3. Systematically report on status, progress and concerns to the QA Team Lead, Scrum Master and other team members
4. Working in a self-organised agile team to gain necessary input and ensure accurate and complete testing activities within each area and task
5. Direct communication with clients to establish the functions and goals for execution
6. Analysing and clarification of requirements
7. Perform manual tests, design/improve existing test suites
8. Perform test automation, design/improve existing test suites
9. Create and update test scripts, reports and other test documentation
10. Provide usability feedback to the product development team

Skills & Requirements

1. We are looking for you who have experience in the entire development process
2. 3+ years of testing experience
3. Experience in testing Web-based applications, Web-services
4. Experience in working with Agile/Scrum methodology
5. Basic knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, XPath, AJAX, Web Services)
6. Experience in working with version control systems
7. Basic understanding of programming in PHP, JavaScript, HTML
8. Good English skills (at least intermediate level)

It’s a plus if you have the following skills/achievements as well:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or similar
2. Experience with Adobe Commerce or Magento Open Source
3. International Software Testing Qualification Board (ISTQB) Foundation Level
4. Experience in working with Continuous Integration (CI)
