Exciting opportunity available for an individual to oversee building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders to promote this well established firm's services. Duties include:
1. Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, property developers, and clients to ensure ongoing referrals and business.
- Regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and to promote repeat business.
- Attend client meetings
2. Sales and Business Development
- Actively promote the firm's conveyancing services to real estate agents and potential clients to drive new business.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, including attending property showings and real estate events to network and build new contacts.
- Attend industry-related events such as property expos, seminars, and real estate networking events to promote the firm and build new relationships.
- Organize or participate in real estate networking functions
4. Marketing and Public Relations
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials tailored to real estate agents and clients.
- Maintain a social media presence and assist with content creation to promote the firm's services.
- Collaborate on PR campaigns, including newsletters, client success stories, and press releases, to enhance the firm’s visibility and reputation.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights on how to align the firm's services with client needs and industry demands.
This role combines sales acumen with public relations skills, requiring strong communication, relationship-building abilities, and knowledge of the real estate industry.
Requirements:
- Previous relevant experience
- Own transport and drivers licence
- Must reside in Pietermaritzburg
