Property Telesales Canvasser

Our client, who has been in the property market for four decades and is amongst the top 5 property brands in the country, is looking to build a new team of expert and dedicated agents for their branches in Greenpoint, Hout Bay, and Camps Bay.

Requirements:

1. Must have experience in the Property Telesales industry
2. Must have your own laptop
3. Follow a set strategy and will systematically work through standard operating process (SOP)
4. Will be given a territory of approximately 6000 homes in an area with the objective of canvassing (calling) the entire area every 4 months
5. Will work in partnership with 3 property sales agents
6. Build the database of homeowners in the area, by calling between 50 and 80 homeowners each day and offering them services

Neighborhood Trend Report free service:

1. The Property Sales Agents will then follow up with those homeowners to interest the homeowner in a valuation
2. Each agent should do 10 valuations per month (total of 30 in the territory)
3. Objective is to help the Property Sales Agents with leads so as to list and sell properties and earn sales commissions
4. Follow up and touch base with the homeowners a few times per year, for example on birthdays and property anniversaries
5. Build a relationship and ensure that the company remains top of mind in the homeowners' awareness so that when they are ready to sell or rent, they will choose the company
6. Support in daily functions that will include the maintenance of the database and use of the CRM solutions

Salary: R7 500 Per Month plus commission

Working Hours: 08:30am till 17:00pm
