Job Title: Property Site Finder (Junior Role)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (UK hours).
Fully remote, South Africa-based.
Salary:R23,000 per month.

A UK-based property education and development company is seeking a detail-oriented Property Site Finder to join their team. This junior role involves sourcing and evaluating property sites based on specific criteria to support property students in their learning and projects. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow their skills in the property industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify property sites using mapping software and databases.
• Apply training to critically assess sites and meet client requirements.
• Manage multiple property search projects and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine workflows and processes.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assigned tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Critical thinking skills to apply knowledge and assess site suitability.
• Prior property experience is a bonus but not required.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop/computer.
