Property Services Graphic Designer – Durban

Boasting national offices in the metropolitans of South Africa, they are looking for a Graphic Designer to join their Durban team who will be responsible for the creation of high-impact graphics, proposal images and presentations that contribute towards producing a winning proposal.

As part of the Bid & Proposal team, you will report directly to the Bids Manager, with duties including but not limited to:

• Support the Bid and Proposal team in the production of customer-facing documentation that is consistently of the highest quality and impact.
• Develop proposal graphics that have an impact and are easy to interpret.
• Ensure compliance with required proposal deliverables.
• Create and manage a range of document and presentation templates.
• Document template management in line with Company branding.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for clients.
• Manage and respond on all social media platforms.
• Post content on social media, design graphic material, and attract consumers on all social media platforms.
• Assist with proposal write-ups (copywriting).

The successful incumbent will have at least 2 years' proven work experience within an agency or blue-chip organisation alongside a Marketing or Graphic Design tertiary qualification. In your arsenal, you will have master's proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Experience working with social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. will be advantageous.
