The Role: Property Practitioner

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Practitioner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to represent luxury properties, build strong client relationships, and drive high-value transactions. Responsibilities:

1. Represent and market luxury properties with professionalism and expertise
2. Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
3. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings
4. Stay up-to-date with market trends and provide clients with informed advice
5. Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to enhance property visibility
6. Uphold the highest standards of discretion and client service

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate- FFC (or ability to obtain one)
2. Proven experience in real estate transactions
3. Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
4. Client-focused with a high level of professionalism and discretion
5. Self-motivated and driven to achieve high-value sales
6. Ability to network and build relationships
