Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Property Practitioner.

Responsibilities:

1. Generating leads and securing mandates
2. Conducting virtual and in-person property viewings
3. Negotiating offers and closing deals
4. Building and maintaining client relationships
5. Managing property listings and marketing
6. Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
7. Staying updated with market trends and legal requirements

Qualifications:

1. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
2. Experience in residential or commercial property sales is an advantage
3. Knowledge of property regulations, contracts, and compliance
4. Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision
5. Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools
6. Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred
7. NQF4 or higher qualification (or currently studying towards it) is a plus
8. Own transport is advantageous for property viewings
